Justisia is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal of law and humanities published by Meta Nusantara.
Focus
Justisia in countries that adhere to the civil law system, common law, socialist law in general, especially the law that applies in Indonesia by emphasizing the theories of legal norms in practice that develop through publications articles and book reviews.
Scope
Justisia Journal specializes in studying legal theory and practice in countries that follow the legal systems of Continental Europe, Anglo-Saxon, and Islamic law traditions. It is intended to reveal current research and issues related to these systems. This journal warmly welcomes contributions from scholars in related fields who explore and analyze the following general topics:
- National Law: Criminal law, civil law, constitutional law, state administrative law, procedural law, environmental law, and agrarian law.
 - International Law: Public international law, private international law, and international organizations.
 - Law and Technology: Cyberlaw, data protection, artificial intelligence, and other contemporary issues in law and technology.
 - Islamic Law: Jurisprudence, Ushul Jurisprudence, Qawa'id Fiqhiyah, Islamic Family Law, Sharia Economics, Religious Courts, as well as its interaction with national law and the socio-cultural practices of Muslim communities.
 - Humanities Studies: Philosophy, sociology, anthropology, linguistics, history, culture, and humanitarian issues related to the legal system and social justice values
 
The journal encourages interdisciplinary approaches, especially those that explore the intersection between positive law, Islamic jurisprudence, and socio-cultural dynamics in legal development.
