Focus and Scope

Pedagogia  is a scientific journal published periodically and focuses on research and studies in the field of education, both from a general perspective and in the context of Islamic education. This journal aims to contribute ideas in the development of education science through theory, practice, and innovation approaches involving various aspects of education.

Focus:

Teacher Training and General Education: Examines all matters related to theory, practice, policy, and professional development in the field of teaching and education at various levels of education (primary, secondary, and higher education). Topics covered include curriculum, teaching methods, educational evaluation, and human resource development in education.

Islamic Education: Analyses the concepts, theories, and practices of education from an Islamic perspective, including its influence on educational policy, the teaching of the Qur'an, Hadith, fiqh, and moral and character-related aspects of Islamic values-based learning. Topics covered may also include character education, Islamic pedagogy, and implementation of faith-based curriculum in formal and non-formal education.
